Hapus akun Duitiva

Kamu dapat menghapus akun langsung melalui Profile → Hapus Akun di aplikasi. Jika aplikasi sudah tidak terpasang atau akun tidak dapat diakses, ajukan permintaan melalui email.

Yang akan dihapus

Profil, sesi, dompet, transaksi, budget, goal, pengingat, split bill, hasil OCR, bukti pembayaran, dan file upload yang terkait dengan akun.

Proses verifikasi

Kirim permintaan menggunakan email yang terdaftar. Tim kami mungkin meminta verifikasi tambahan untuk mencegah penghapusan tanpa izin. Permintaan valid diproses sesegera mungkin.

Sebelum menghapus

Ekspor backup jika diperlukan. Langganan aktif harus dibatalkan terpisah melalui Google Play atau App Store karena penghapusan akun tidak otomatis menghentikan tagihan store.

Sebagian catatan keamanan dapat disimpan secara terbatas jika diwajibkan hukum atau diperlukan untuk pencegahan penipuan. Privacy Policy.

Delete your Duitiva account

You can delete your account directly from Profile → Delete Account in the app. If the app is no longer installed or you cannot access the account, submit a request by email.

Request account deletion

What will be deleted

Your profile, sessions, wallets, transactions, budgets, goals, reminders, split bills, OCR results, payment proof, and account-related uploads.

Verification process

Send the request from your registered email. We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Valid requests are completed as soon as reasonably possible.

Before deletion

Export a backup if needed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store because deleting an account does not automatically stop store billing.

Limited security records may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention. Privacy Policy.
